I could probably ice skate on my driveway after this last storm. But, there are better options in New Jersey for those of us who'd like to balance on metal blades in the cold. I'm not saying I'm a ice junkie or anything, but I did grow up ice skating and there's something about sliding across the ice on a cold winter day that's just really cool.

Edison, NJ didn't have much meaning to me as a former New Yorker until I found out it was the Indian Food Shopping mecca of the universe! I so miss my East 6th street in Manhattan for all my Indian shopping needs but Edison makes me feel like I am back home, hitting the incredibly cheap food shopping and lunch and dinner spots.

Crystal Springs Family Aquatic Center in East Brunswick pulled out all the stops when it opened the first municipal water park in the state. The park's got splash pools for the little ones, water slides for the adventurous and a “lazy river” tube ride.
